PROJECT process
We take care of the entire process, across the three key phases of the project:
- Planning Phase
- Construction Phase
- Completion Phase
We handle all administration and communication of agents, sub-contractors and labourers.
We estimate the labor costs, material list, wages/salaries as well as the time period the project will take to complete.
The client pays suppliers and subcontractors directly. Wages and salaries are also paid by the client, but these are calculated in advance.
If the project takes longer, there is no extra fee, but if the project is completed sooner, the full corresponding balance must still be paid to the project manager's services.
Only a fixed fee per month will be paid to Storsum Construction project management for a limited time and not a huge building contractor profit.
